Where a matter requires the involvement of an enrolled Advocate, Company Secretary, merchant banker or any other specialised professional, SSA Partners coordinates with appropriately qualified professionals as part of the agreed engagement scope.
Engagements are structured through documented SOPs, defined deliverables, service timelines, confidentiality protocols and a designated relationship manager. Services are provided subject to applicable professional, ethical and independence requirements.
